Gary and Lucas were great to work with. They are friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable having work on my Subaru there. I had heard good things about VIP Tires & Service, it was definitely worth the trip from Manchester to Rutland. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with my experience here! From my initial meeting with Lucas to set up a diagnostic visit for an estimate, to the repair done by Mechanic, Chris. I like to do my own mechanical work whenever possible but I wasn’t about to tackle the exhaust manifolds on my 6.2 F250. Chris knocked it out in six hours And I couldn’t be happier, nice work from everybody at this shop. See you next time!.

Was quoted $1,300 for some exhaust work. $420 for the Walker muffler; I found this exact muffler online with free shipping for $150. Exhaust clamps $175; I found these online for $65 for a two pack. When I asked if they had a stocking fee, they Told me no yet it seems like everything is 2 to 3X what the MSRP is. We decide to go get a quote somewhere else, They completed the exact same work for $650. Less than half of what they quoted me to do the exact same work with the exact same parts. Would not recommend for anything Other than tires.

I can’t say enough good things about VIP Tires. I was truly in a bind with two young kids in the car, trying to get home on a Sunday, with a snowstorm about to hit. I called last minute not expecting much and they stepped up in a huge way. Austin, Chris and Gary quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly and worked overtime to get my car repaired and safe to drive before the weather turned. They were professional, calm and genuinely cared about getting my family back on the road safely.
